grateful for wonderful service
friendly staff helpful staff clean changing rooms
i am grateful for the nice staff members i encountered the gym facilities include helpful staff i found fran kind polite and helpful she offers many enjoyable classes for everyone's fitness needs the gym is kept clean changing rooms are super clean
i experienced a radiator that would not turn off this made sleeping difficult as the room became too hot the window had to be opened but this resulted in noise i found it impacted my sleep quality

the staff was friendly. my room was spacious and clean. i also liked that there was plenty of parking available.
the room was quite basic. i noticed there was no water provided in the room. also the lights were a bit dim, so the room was not very cosy.

stained carpet overcrowded breakfast area
the pool was available and seemed well-kept to use.
The room i booked wasn't as clean as i expected. I saw some stains on the carpet near the bed. also, the breakfast area was quite crowded each morning, so finding a clean table was a challenge. The staff seemed overwhelmed and slow to clear away used dishes.

Excellent Hotel Stay!

The hotel provided ample free parking spaces. The gym featured a variety of well-kept equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. Breakfast had many options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot food selection. The staff knew how to deliver GREAT hospitality.
The shower pressure in the room was unfortunately quite weak.

The leisure center includes a fine pool with designated lanes and a relaxing sauna. There is also a steam room available. The gardens are beautifully maintained. They provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for a relaxing walk.

Our spacious family room included comfortable beds and a well-equipped tea and coffee tray. The room was SPOTLESSLY clean and included plenty of extra towels.
